OUR MISSION

The Alliance Futbol Club’s mission is to provide an exceptional youth soccer training experience in a professional and fun environment. Players will focus on improving their individual skills and reaping the benefits of team play while developing an attitude consistent with a desire to improve themselves, their teammates, and all of the people in their lives.

Alliance FC is committed to building a reputation as the leader in youth soccer training in the Kansas City area. The Club will prepare players for high school, intercollegiate and future professional soccer opportunities while developing important life skills, including character, persistence, discipline and teamwork. Alliance FC coaches will be held to a high degree of accountability. The coaches will maintain a high level of professionalism and will keep their role as coaches in perspective. Our coaches will be positive role models in personal management, ethics, appearance, and behavior.

Alliance FC, as a club, will hold ourselves accountable for supporting our coaches to the best of our abilities. We will expect and welcome our coaches to hold the club accountable for what we outline we will do for them. Player development is a long-term process. Coaching is also a lifetime of learning the game and about life. We look forward to this journey with our families and hope that you will make this ALLIANCE with our club.
